You are allowed to change once during this time
You must have Part D to make use of this period
Medicare Initial Coverage Election Period
3 months before, month of and 3 months after turning 65
Or after 24th month of cash social security disability benefits

Moving to a new area, Medicare/Medicaid Dual Eligible's, leaving Group insurance
